Visitor Information

Visitation Restrictions effective 09/12/2024

To protect the safety and welfare of all patients, staff, and visitors, Troy Regional has implemented the following restrictions:

  • If you have COVID/FLU or any other contagious illness, you MUST mask before entering the facility and remain masked throughout your visit.
  • Visitors for Covid NEGATIVE patients:
    • Med/Surg & ICU:
      • *Two visitors
      • *Daily during the hours of:
        • 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
    • Outpatient surgery patients may appoint 1 primary caregiver to stay the entire visit.
    • ER patients not suspected of having Covid may have 1 caregiver at the discretion of the clinical team.
  • CHILDREN ARE DISCOURAGED FROM VISITING DUE TO INFECTION CONTROL PRECAUTIONS.
  • Covid POSITIVE patients will be allowed limited visitation.
  • Special accommodations may be made at the discretion of Leadership for any circumstance.
  • Limitations may be enforced at the discretion of Leadership.
  • Pediatric patients may have both parents present for the entire stay.

Patients in the ICU may have up to two visitors from the immediate family for 15 minutes at the following times: 10 a.m., 2 p.m., 4 p.m., 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Please do not leave children unattended in the hospital.

The Corner Café is open to the public.
Normal operating hours are 7 am-7 pm for beverages, grab and go items, and snacks.

Hot food line hours (every day):

Breakfast:  7 am-9:30 am
Lunch: 11 am-1:30 pm
Dinner: 4 pm-7 pm

Your personal minister or religious leader is welcome to visit you during your stay at Troy Regional Medical Center. If you need assistance in contacting your minister, please ask your nurse.

Troy Regional Medical Center provides notice to its patients and the public that when an individual has concerns related to care, treatment and services received at this facility, that he/she is encouraged to contact hospital administration at 334-670-5412.
