Radiology Department
Troy Regional Radiology offers the full spectrum of imaging and diagnostic services to patients at all stages of care. As a patient, you will receive imaging and diagnostic tests to assess your health and help guide your care plan from our highly skilled staff of Board Certified Radiologists and American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
At Troy Regional, you will find:
- Depth of experience: Our board-certified radiologists work with specially trained technologists to provide expert, compassionate imaging services.
- Highly skilled doctors: Our radiologists have specialized training focused on an area of the body or a particular type of test. With advanced training, these specialists are capable of providing greater accuracy in reading and interpreting images.
- Radiologists onsite: Members of Montgomery Radiology Associates are on site at Troy Regional Monday through Friday 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. each day with reading capabilities 24-7.
- Advanced technology: Our team uses the latest technology to swiftly offer clear, more detailed images to your doctor.
- Collaborative care: We will provide your imaging results to your doctor within 24 hours of your test, so you can quickly get a treatment plan tailored to your needs.
- Safety: Your safety is one of our top priorities. We are committed to providing high-quality images to inform your treatment plan and minimizing your exposure to radiation.

Women's Services
Our off-campus location on Franklin Drive is conveniently located just to the north of Troy Regional. This location, formerly know as the Women’s Diagnostic Center, offers these services:

Troy Regional Gynecology
Dr. Paul Dulaney, a gynecologist at Troy Regional, is a member of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and has been practicing medicine since 2004. In addition to his many other activities, Dr. Dulaney has served as Chief of Staff and Chief of Surgery for Troy Regional.
Dr. Dulaney and his staff have specific goals in mind for each of their patients which include providing the highest quality of gynecological care available in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, to prevent and detect disease, and to promote wellness in all stages of a woman’s life.
The practice provides annual exams, menopausal therapy, colposcopy procedures, and urodynamics.
